After earning an overwhelming response on its first season, ‘The Family Man’ season 2 shoot begins. Alongside Manoj Bajpayee, this time, the series is going to cast actress Samantha Akkineni. Reportedly, the lovely lady is going to play a pivotal role in this action drama.
This Amazon Prime exclusive web series came out with 10 action-packed episodes, served with subtle humour, emotional twists and a whole lot of suspenseful kick-ass affairs.
Actor Manoj Bajpayee, known for his persuasive on screen portrayals, slipped into the shoes of Srikant Tiwari, a middle-class Indian, married with two kids, who apparently is like any average Indian resident, yet, he works for a secret cell under the National Intelligence Agency. He is sharp, prompt, fearless and an ardent patriot who can go upto any extent to protect the country from any form of terror attacks.

'The Family Man' season 2 release date is still undercover, however, the team has announced star actress Samatha Akkineni joining the team. The ‘Makkhi’ actress is predominantly active in Tamil and Telugu films and has given hits like ‘Ye Maaya Chesave’, ‘Rangasthalam 1985’, ‘Neethaane En Ponvasantham’ amongst others.
