52-Year-Old Rescued from Gaza Tunnel by Israeli Military

During a complex mission, the Israeli military rescued a hostage who was captivated in a tunnel. The hostage was rescued on Tuesday. Kaid Alkadi, was captivated by the Palestinian army on the October 7 Hamas attack. He was rescued from Southern Gaza which was a tunnel and said to be the hostage home for many unrescued civilians.

The hostage is in hospital and will be shifted to a different hospital for his final medical checks informed the Israeli police. Alkadi was working as a warehouse security on October 7th when he was seized by the militants and kept as a hostage for all this while.

“We are committed to seizing every opportunity to bring the hostages back to their homes,” claimed the defense minister Yoav Gallant. The Israeli forum that was created to rescue the hostages and families claimed that the rescue operation of Alkadi was quite miraculous

“However, we must remember that military operations alone cannot free the remaining hostages who have suffered 326 days of abuse and terror,” the Israeli Military claimed. It also insisted on a ceasefire, the only way to rescue the existing captives.

The Israeli military is seeking justice and rescue through diplomacy, however, if needed it will also be using military power. David Mencer, Spokesperson claimed that Hamas and Gaza only take such threats seriously when they are under constant military power.
