The couple decided to keep it quiet and simple this year. Genelia played the role of a sweet wife to a T! A surprise candlelight dinner was planned for her hubby dearest at their home.
The dinner table was well laid out with flowers, candles, customized cards, and handkerchiefs. A special chef @chefvikramjitroy flew down from Delhi to curate their meal.
The cards which had the couple’s names written on them were handed over to the couple by the chef.
Genelia looked pretty standing beside the dinner table in her light pink attire. She was seen smiling heartily while holding a glass of wine in her hands.
Husband and wife savoured their tempting dinner with some good music. They shared video clips giving us a peek into their quiet celebration.
Sharing a video from their celebration Genelia wrote, “Celebrating life quite literally with @riteishd .. Thank You @chefvikramjitroy for adding magic to our beautiful day with the most amazingly curated meal.. N @nandita_sachdev thank you for this one (sic).’
Ritesh also thanked wifey in a post writing, “Surprise Anniversary Celebration by the Baiko @geneliad - this is just the beginning- the master surprise is @chefvikramjitroy who flew down specially from Delhi (sic),”
The couple is pretty active on social media platforms and don’t hesitate to acknowledge their love for each other through their mushy posts. They began seeing each other on the sets of the film ‘Tujhe Meri Kasam.’ They are parents to two sons Riaan and Rahyl.
