Actor Kartik Aryan has stunned viewers by giving them a peek into his new look in the upcoming film ‘Dhamaka.’
Actor Kartik Aryan has stunned viewers by giving them a peek into his new look in the upcoming film ‘Dhamaka.’
Kartik never looked so intense before and the transformation undoubtedly suits him. He can be seen wearing a blue blazer with stains of blood and the specs only add to the intense look. He’s also seen sporting a long hair-cut, unlike his previous ‘the- boy-next-door-looks.’
He is reportedly playing a journalist in the film which is about the terror attacks that shook the city of dreams ‘Mumbai.’ He will be covering the unforgettable gruesome attack in the film. The film will also explore the working of a news channel covering the shocking incident. The news of his role in the film however hasn’t been confirmed by the movie’s team yet.

The actor was quoted by Hindustan Times saying, “This for me is a miracle script and had me on the edge of my seat all through the narration. I knew this is the script that would give me the opportunity to explore a different side of me as an actor. I can’t wait to transport myself to Ram sir’s world and see his vision translate on the big screen. This is also the first time I am collaborating with Ronnie and RSVP, and I am looking forward to this journey.”
Ram Madhvani is the director of the film who directed the famed 2016 film ‘Neerja’ based on the life of famous airhostess Neerja Bhanot.
The film is produced by Ronnie Screwvala, Amita Madhvani and backed by RSVP Movies and RM Films.
Ram Madhvani was quoted saying, “As a director, I am inclined towards human stories. Though this one is a thriller on the outset, there lies a lot of emotion and drama in the screenplay that leads to the adrenaline rush. This film demanded a young actor, with a certain amount of rawness in the space. Kartik, being one of the most talented actors in Bollywood, fits the bill.”
