Archie Comics Goes Viral for Predicting on the Current Education System Way Back in 97

If you are an Archie comics fan you’ll be glad to know that they are creating headlines for making a spooky prediction about the current system of education. 

Looks like the makers had a gut feeling eons ago that the education system is going to change. 

The official Twitter handle of Archie comics’ @ArchieComics had recently shared a comic strip where Betty and her parents can be seen adorning futuristic outfits. 

Betty’s dad who’s seen holding a hot cup of beverage in his hand says, “Kids today are so lucky! They’re able to go to school in their own home.” 

He further expresses that they don’t have to worry about carrying books or about the weather.

Seated on a chair in front of a monitor Betty retorts, “Scuse me folks. Class is about to begin! 

There’s also a sign board in front of her that can't be missed. It reads, “Video monitor must remain uncovered at all times.”

The strip was originally published in the February 97 issue titled “Betty in High School 2021 A D.”

The title has left many from the Twitter community in a state of awe. How could they possibly be so accurate with the date? 

The 6-page story features Betty and her school friends dealing with the challenges of online schooling.
