Bollywood Celebs Share Mask Clad Pictures Thereby Influencing Others to Follow

The death toll in China due to the Wuhan Novel Coronavirus is at an all-time high. The death toll numbers have spiked up to a whopping 1000 which is immensely alarming.

Meanwhile WHO has sent a team of experts to assist in controlling the outbreak. A larger international team would join the ground team later.

The spread of Coronovirus has affected life adversely especially for people whose jobs demand constant traveling. Back home Bollywood celebs are leaving no stone unturned to keep themselves safe.

Their highly demanding jobs require a large amount of traveling. As the air-conditioned environment at airports and inside airplanes are potential hubs for the spread of viruses, these celebs were spotted wearing masks as a precautionary measure.

First in the list is Parineeti Chopra who was spotted at the airport wearing a white mask. She was captured in a travel mode adorning a white casual shirt paired with comfy torn jeans.

The actress is busy shooting for Saina Nehwal’s biopic. She has advised her fans to stay safe. She wrote, “Sad, but I guess this is the situation now. Stay safe guys. #Coronavirus #StaySafe.”

In January the actress was spotted traveling wearing a mask. She cautioned her fans saying, “Safe is the new COOL. Don’t be ignorant about what is happening around you or think the Coronavirus can’t affect you! Be smart and be safe.”

Through the mask clad pictures these celebs aim in creating awareness amidst the sad situation of the epidemic. On Friday, WHO announced that there is a “chronic shortage” of the protective equipment.

More and more masks are being manufactured to counter-effect the shortage. Celebs are influencing people to start using masks who are privileged enough to possess them, unlike so many others. Drastic times do call for drastic measures.
