Chris Evans to Bid Farewell as Captain America after Avengers 4

Our very own Captain America, known off screen as Chris Evans, bids farewell to the Marvel fans. Not now, but after ‘Avengers 4’, slated to release in 2019. But, we still feel it’s too soon.

Marvel followers are surely going to be disappointed after knowing this. Chris Evans is done with his heroic avatars and now he seeks a different genre to ‘play’ in. Yes, after ‘Avengers 4’, Chris Evans will not be portraying the good old Cap. “But Captain… how could you do this to us?” I’m pretty sure, a million of fans worldwide would desperately want to ask Mr. Evans the same question. And guess what? Cap already has the answer for you!

“You want to get off the train before they push you off,” he says.

“Oh Captain… please don’t leave us!” I know you’re feeling this way and honestly, I’m no exception. As I mentioned earlier, Evans is all set for a ‘play’ nowadays called ‘Lobby Hero’. It’s going to be his Broadway debut, opening March 26 at the Helen Hayes Theater.

Cap’s current look with a moustache is not recognizable at all.

“People don’t recognize me at all,” Chris Evans told New York Times, “It’s like I’m invisible.”

Another film, ‘The Red Sea Diving Resort’ that stars this 36 year-old handsome Hollywood actor, is in post-production at the moment and is releasing this year. Evans plays a cunning spy in the film.

Media is already indicating at the possible death of Captain America in The Avengers 4. So, does that mean we’re never gonna see Captain again on screen or Marvel will be considering a new face for the role? We’d love to know!

From a clean shaven chocolate hero look to a mustache, Chris Evans has surely come a long way. If you remember, Evans first appeared as a superhero in the 2005 released ‘Fantastic Four’ as Human Torch. ‘Captain America: The First Avenger’ casted Evans in the lead, portraying him as a short, feeble man initially, who transforms into a muscular, courageous fighter.

Well, no matter how much we’ll miss Chris Evans, we, the Marvel fans will salute Captain America for his mesmerizing performances so far and this brave decision. Let’s wish him all the luck for his future endeavours.
