For those who don’t know, Disha worked with Jackie Chan in the 2017 film Kung Fu Yoga. “Happiest b'day taguuu. This was the first time I met you, I remember being so nervous but it turned out to be the best day of my life, getting an opportunity to work with my "superhero" is the best thing that has ever happened to me.”
She also added, “You teach people to be giving, loving and hardworking. Thank you for blessing the world with your unreal performances and the most unforgettable life-risking action sequences. Nobody can ever be 'Jackie Chan' love you the most.”
This is not the first time that the actress praised the ‘Shanghai Noon’ star. In an earlier post, she expressed her gratitude for working and sharing screen space with him. She defined him as the most “most humble and kind-hearted person.”
Kung Fu Yoga turned out to be Jackie’s highest-grossing film in China. The film starred two other Indian actors; Sonu Sood and Amyra Dastur. It also had an ending dance track that was choreographed by Farah Khan.
Being a fitness enthusiast, Disha is keeping herself engaged with her work-out sessions. She’s known to be one of the fittest stars in the industry. Her Insta handle is infused with snapshots of her workout and dance sessions.
Recently she shared a snapshot of herself after a workout session on her Insta handle. In the snapshot, she’s seen winking and flashing the peace sign. This photograph received 1.8 million likes.
The actress was last seen in the film ‘Malang’ that featured Aditya Roy Kapoor, Anil Kapoor, and Kunal Kemmu. She will soon be seen in the upcoming film Radhe opposite Salman Khan.
