Donald Trump Supports Jeanine Pirro and Wants Fox News to Bring Her Back

Fox news has taken news host Jeanine Pirro off air for her remark on Representative Ilhan Omar. Pirro was missing from her usual Saturday timeslot on Fox News. She had questioned Rep. Ilhan Omar, whether she was loyal to the United States because she wears a hijab. She also questioned whether Omar’s beliefs stand against the U.S. Constitution.

Fox news has taken the initiative to remove the anchor’s show indicative that they are against Pirro’s views. Fox had openly condemned Pirro’s remarks and said that it had addressed the matter with Pirro directly.

Jeanine Pirro has remained unapologetic so far as she explained that she never clearly called Omar “Unamerican.” In her defence, Pirro said that she asked the question to start a debate. "Of course because one is Muslim does not mean you don't support the Constitution," Pirro said. "I invite Rep. Omar to come on my show any time to discuss all of the important issues facing America today."

Hufsa Kamal who is also an associate producer at Fox News has accused her co-worker of “spreading this false narrative that somehow Muslims hate America."

One of Jeanine Pirro’s ardent viewers Donald Trump has decided to step forward in support of her. On Sunday morning, the President of the United States tweeted, “Bring back @JudgeJeanine Pirro." He again tweeted, Fox should be “strong and prosper” rather than being “weak and die.”

These tweets were posted after Trump repeatedly complained about other TV shows like ‘Saturday Night Live’ and other late night talk shows that continuously mock him. He criticized three Fox news anchors Arthel Neville and Leland Vittert and Shepard Smith who have been critical of the President.

On Twitter, he questioned whether the Federal Communications Commission and the Federal Election Commission should look into the programs for “knocking the same person (me), over & over, without so much of a mention of 'the other side.’”

Donald Trump also defended Fox host Tucker Carlson who has been criticized for his offensive comments made on talk radio during the mid-2000s. Advertisers have threatened that they will withdraw from his and Pirro’s show.

Trump declared the radical left Democrats as the main culprits whom he said worked closely with ‘Fake News Media’ to silence the conservative voices of the majority of the population. They are campaigning against FOX news as they are doing too well, the President explained.

Meanwhile, Fox has not commented whether Jeanine Pirro would be returning to the network. “We’re not commenting on internal scheduling matters,” a spokesperson said in a statement.
