Fans are Drooling over Ryan Gosling’s New Look as Ken in Barbie Film

In the photograph Ryan can be seen resting casually against a pillar flashing a cheerful grin.
He can be seen wearing a denim vest, jeans and showing off his six pack abs and blonde hair against a pink backdrop. One can’t miss his name written on the waistband of his underwear.
Ryan has done an amazing job in personifying Ken and audiences are going gaga over his transformation.
Fans on social media gave his new look a big thumbs up. One user commented, “ “OMG! The perfect Ken casting!” while another said, “Ryan, you nailed it.” Another expressed that they can’t wait for the teaser.
In contrast to his characters in previous films such as Drive, Blue Valentine and Half Nelson, taking up Ken’s character comes as a huge surprise for Ryan’s fans.
‘Greta Gerwig’ of ‘Little Women’ and ‘Lady Bird’ fame will be directing the upcoming movie and so the expectations are pretty high from this film.
The iconic character “Barbie” will be played by actress Margot Robbie.
In a 2021 interview with British Vogue, Margot said of the movie, "It comes with a lot of baggage! And a lot of nostalgic connections. But with that come a lot of exciting ways to attack it. People generally hear Barbie and think, 'I know what that movie is going to be,' and then they hear that Greta Gerwig is writing and directing it, and they're like, 'Oh, well, maybe I don't…'"
No one has the least idea what the plot will be all about. Comedians like Issa Rae, Will Ferrell and upcoming stars Hari Nef and Ncuti Gatwa will be part of the project.
Other names associated with the film are Kate McKinnon, Alexandra Shipp, America Ferrera, Simu Liu, and Michael Cera.
Only time will tell how the film will pan out however the first look of the project has aroused curiosity among movie buffs.
The shooting of the movie will take place in London and will hit screens on July 21, 2023.
