Freida Pinto has shared the exciting news of her engagement! The ‘Slumdog Millionaire’ actress took to Instagram to declare that she’s officially engaged to photographer and long-time boyfriend Cory Tran. The two of them have been going around since 2017. The big announcement was made on Thursday on Cory’s birthday.

Freida Pinto captioned the picture with these heart-warming lines, “It all makes sense now. Life makes sense, the world makes sense, the past tears and trials make sense, what wise old lovers said about love makes sense, where I am makes sense and where I want to go completely makes sense. Freida was earlier dating ‘Slumdog Millionaire’ co-star Dev Patel for six years. She dated Rohan Antao before that however they broke up after the release of ‘Slumdog Millionaire.’
On the work front, Pinto’s film career skyrocketed with ‘Slumdog Millionaire’. Going further she made her presence felt in films like ‘Rise Of The Planet Of The Apes’, ‘Love Sonia’ and Netflix flick ‘Mowgli: Legend of the Jungle.’ Freida Pinto who is known for keeping a low profile has gained immense recognition for her performance as the title character in Michael Winterbottom's ‘ Trishna.’
