Gal Gadot Shines Bright with Star on Hollywood Walk of Fame

Israeli actress Gal Gadot was honoured with her own star on the iconic Hollywood Walk of Fame in Los Angeles on Tuesday. She received the 2,804th star on the Walk of Fame for her power-packed performances in the world of cinema.

The actress, who looked radiant in a white dress, was accompanied by her family, friends, and close colleagues from Hollywood for this memorable occasion.

Her husband Jaron Versano and their four daughters--Alma, 13, Maya, almost 8, Daniella, 3, and Ori, 13 months were present at the event.

The beautiful ceremony, which marked a significant milestone in her career, was marred by pro-Palestinian and pro-Israeli protesters who were demonstrating right outside the venue.

The protestors raised slogans, held placards, and waved Israeli and Palestinian flags. One person said, 'Up, up with liberation, down, down with occupation,' while another shouted, 'There’s no reason we should be celebrating an Israeli.’

The Walk of Fame ceremony was hosted by Steve Nissen and attended by filmmaker Patty Jenkins, actor Vin Diesel, and Shira Haas.

“This Star will remind me that with hard work, passion and some faith anything is possible. I didn’t reach this moment alone. I have so many incredible people to thank who’ve lifted me up along the way,” the actress said in her gratitude speech.

Addressing Vin Diesel, she added, "You took a chance on a complete unknown and invited me to the Fast and Furious family, talk about starting big. It was my first movie ever, and your faith in me completely changed the course of my life."

She also thanked the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce, Disney, her family, and friends in her speech.

From her powerful role as Wonder Woman to her inspiring journey in the film industry, Gadot’s star is a shining tribute to her talent, hard work, and influence.

Gal Gadot will now be seen in the Disney live-action movie Snow White. The actress will play the Evil Queen, while Rachel Zegler (a vocal pro-Palestine supporter) will play the Princess.
