Wearing the PPE Kit, a face shield, and white gloves he gracefully grooves to the tune of Hrithik Roshan’s popular track ‘Ghungroo’ from the film ‘War’ to entertain COVID – 19 patients.
The video has captivated social media audiences including the people who grooved in the original track- Hrithik Roshan and Vaani Kapoor.
Hrithik was pretty impressed with Dr. Arun’s impressive moves. He went ahead and shared it on Twitter saying, “Well Dr Arup, I'm gonna learn his steps and dance as good as him someday in Assam. Terrific spirit.”

Actress Vaani who was very much part of the song also shared the screenshot of the video on her Instagram story and applauded it.
Vishal Dadlani who composed the song along with Shekhar Ravjiani wrote, “Best thing I've seen in 7 months. Lit my heart right up. Thanks Doctor Syed Faizal Ahmed (who shared the video). Thank you for making our song a part of your life while you save lives.”
Doctors and healthcare workers in particular have been caught up in adverse conditions with the onset of the pandemic. They weren’t prepared for such an unexpected situation!
With a shortage of protective equipment, shortage of staff, and with no proper treatment plan, they’ve worked hard not only to treat the disease but also to tackle the influx of a large number of patients. In the process of protecting other people, some of them became targets of the deadly virus.
Hats off to Dr Arun Senapati! Despite working in unfavourable conditions, he did his best to lighten up the situation and cheer up COVID-19 patients with his creativity and spirit. The video also reaffirms that even Doctors love to tap into their creative side as and when the situation arises.
