Justin Timberlake Surprises Children and Staff at the Methodist Children Hospital in San Antonio

Justin Timberlake surprised the patients and staff of the Methodist Children’s Hospital in San Antonio, Texas when he made a surprise visit there. He took a break from his “Man of the Woods” tour. The star made the visit when a video titled “JT See Me!” that features the children and staff of the Methodist Hospital requesting him to come and see them went viral. It garnered over 35,000 views when it was posted on January 15.
In the video the children and staff can be seen dancing and singing to the tune of Timberlake’s peppy track, “Can’t Stop the Feeling.” They even held placards that read, “JT See Me!” The video seemed to have touched the Singer that he didn’t waste much time to come and personally interact with all the kids at the hospital.

The singer was quite taken up after witnessing the joyful spirit and inner strength of the kids at the hospital. Speaking of the kids in the video while he was at the hospital, Timberlake said, “It’s amazing. The kids are so strong, man. It’s inspirational.”
While he was at the hospital the pop star clicked a picture with each one of them. He showed the peace sign with one of the boys and gave a high five to a baby girl named Bella. He visited the children individually while they were in their own rooms and spent quality time with them. The photos do indicate that the star was quite impressed with the young souls.
The ringing of the bell is a tradition in the Methodist Children’s hospital when a patient completes his last session of chemotherapy. Justin and Reggie rang the bell together in celebration of Reggie finishing his last round of Chemotherapy.
One patient by the name of Maria was fortunate enough among others to be invited to the concert where she received VIP treatment by the star. During his performance, the “What goes around...comes around” singer gave her a shout-out, he pointed out towards Maria and later he came down from the stage to say hello to her.
The parents of the kids, who are suffering from various ailments some of them severe, were pleased that Justin took time out from his schedule to make their dreams come true. A mother by the name of Annabella Lugosi said that the celebrity was very “humble” and spent plenty of time with each one of them. “You could really tell that this wasn’t for publicity or anything like that,” Lugosi said. “He genuinely wanted to be a bright spot in these kids’ lives for a day.”
For the kids and their parents, Justin Timberlake is nothing less than an angel and a hero who fulfilled the desires of their heart and made their dreams come true. As for Justin, he revealed that words are not enough to express how happy the visit made him.
