Katy Perry and Justin Trudeau Go Instagram-Official in Tokyo Surprise

American pop star Katy Perry and former Canadian prime minister Justin Trudeau have officially confirmed their relationship, making it Instagram-official through a series of photos and videos shared from their recent trip to Tokyo, Japan.

Perry posted several snaps from the trip, including one featuring Trudeau. She captioned the collection, “Tokyo time on tour and more.”

In one of the snaps, the couple can be seen posing warmly for a selfie, their expressions radiating pure joy.

In another video, Katy is seen tasting what appears to be a Japanese delicacy while Justin watches her in pure amusement.

Another one highlights a bouquet of flowers with congratulatory wishes for Katy.

Definitely, the pair appear happy and relaxed.

Katy Perry accompanied Justin Trudeau during his visit to Japan, where he met former Japanese prime minister Fumio Kishida and his wife.

The former prime minister acknowledged Katy’s presence in a post:

“Former Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau visited Japan with his partner and joined my wife and me for lunch. During his time as prime minister, we met multiple times as fellow leaders, and when I visited Canada, we worked together to strengthen bilateral relations, including formulating the Japan-Canada Action Plan, sweating it out side by side. I am delighted that we continue to maintain this friendship in this way.”

Trudeau and Perry made their first public appearance as a couple on October 25 in Paris for Perry's birthday.

The couple have been seeing each other since their dates in Montreal. Trudeau attended Perry's Lifetimes Tour concert at Montreal's Bell Centre.

“He even flew to California to see her during a tour break. They have an easy connection. She finds him attractive, and he’s been very respectful,” a source said.

The couple’s Tokyo reveal marks their most public acknowledgment yet of their growing relationship.
