Kohler Logo to Appear on Manchester United Club Shirts

Manchester United and Kohler have lined up plans to celebrate the partnership with United fans around the world on July 19. On that day, the new 2018/19 home shirt, will, for the first time, be worn by the men’s team.

Kohler Logo to Appear on Manchester United Club Shirts

Manchester United and Wisconsin (US)-headquartered Kohler, a global lifestyle brand, have joined hands with a multi-year global partnership agreement. Following the agreement, the logo of KOHLER will now appear on the sleeve of the most iconic and best selling club shirt- both for the men’s and women’s teams. The recently-signed partnership would also include joint participation by Manchester United fans and Kohler customers and associates on game day activities, innovative improvements to club facilities, global sustainability and social responsibility projects and other partner collaboration.


Established way back in 1873, the two organizations have been in existence for more than 145 years, sharing a long history steeped in tradition, excellence, and innovation, as well as a common vision to make a positive impact on the world.


Manchester United and Kohler have lined up plans to celebrate the partnership with United fans around the world on July 19. On that day, the new 2018/19 home shirt, which is scheduled to be unveiled next week, will, for the first time, be worn by the men’s team. Manchester United will take on Club America in Phoenix, Arizona in the opening match of ‘Tour 2018’ on that day.


Richard Arnold, group managing director, Manchester United, said that they are excited to welcome Kohler to the Manchester United family as a principal partner and their first shirt sleeve sponsor for both the men’s and women’s teams. MU shirts are much more than what the boys wear. The shirt actually embodies the passion of the fans and their allegiance to the club.


Kohler Co’s President and CEO David Kohler, on his parts, said that their partnership with Manchester United would provide new opportunities to showcase the quality of Kohler products and services with loyal and dedicated fans of the one of the most regarded sports team in the world.  He said, “We are excited to help build our global brand among people who align themselves and their lifestyles, with leading-edge innovation and a desire to make the world a better place.”

Significantly, an essential component of the relationship is their support of the new professional women’s team, and both the organizations are looking forward to their debut.
