Mission: Impossible – The Final Reckoning, starring Tom Cruise, is currently performing well at the Indian box office, despite receiving mixed reviews.

Audiences have widely praised the film's breathtaking stunts, with many applauding Cruise for performing several of them himself. The movie has also been commended for its balanced pacing, engaging storyline, and stunning international locations.

The film opened to ₹16.5 crore on its first day in India, followed by ₹17 crore on day two. Although it experienced a dip on day three with ₹6.65 crore, the total Indian box office collection now stands at nearly ₹40 crore.

Notably, The Final Reckoning is outperforming its predecessor Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning Part One, which collected ₹12.3 crore on opening day and ₹30.2 crore over its first three days in India.

Ahead of its U.S. release on May 23, 2025, the film has already grossed ₹150 crore worldwide.

Directed by Christopher McQuarrie, the action thriller is expected to mark Tom Cruise’s final outing as Ethan Hunt. The plot centers around the IMF team’s fight against a rogue artificial intelligence known as "The Entity."
