The terrorist asked everyone to take pains by sign language and also said that the attack on Delhi would quickly happen. He also promised that silent-minded people will not be attacked, only those who speak.
Kashmir is under serious tension as the terrorists have been consistent in keeping the tension alive with notorious activities. The attack of Jaish-e-Mohammad trained local Mohammad Adil Ahmed Dar is still at burning fires. The whole nation got speckled with the sudden attack on the convoy. As per the reports of the incident of 14th February around 40 CRPF personnel got killed in the attack. The video of Adil made everyone clear that the young minds are being hijacked by the terrorists to spread terror in the world.
This new video of the deaf and dumb terrorist gives a similar vibe. As per reports, the terrorists are training the deaf and speech impaired to carry out blasts in several parts of India, including Delhi.

On this matter, the Additional Director General of Police (Security, Law, and Order) of Jammu and Kashmir was consulted. He assured that he will go deep into this matter. As per the reports of Times of India, the video clip was surfaced during 2016 and 2018. This report was authenticated by Gyanendra Purohit. He is a part of Anand Service Society, an NGO. This NGO is targeted towards the development of the deaf and dumb.

Purohit said the psychological militants have begun mentally conditioning the deaf and disabled people who can’t speak in the Kashmir Valley and outside to complete jihad in India.
