The NYFE (New York Fashion Week) this time witnessed women empowerment through vibrant colors in the Prabal Gurung collection. Gigi Hadid and sister Bella Hadid put fire to the stage and Victoria Beckham had a beautiful family time. What a Show!


The New York Fashion Week this time has been absolutely memorable. Prabal Gurung, the renowned designer from Nepal reflected the strength and resilience of womanhood by offering a collection that consisted of bright colors like purple, pink, peach, orange - all warm shades.


Gurung disclosed, he was raised by a single mother in Nepal and in his motherland colors are celebrated in clothes. Prabal Gurung has surely considered the New York Fashion Week platform to be the most appropriate to celebrate woman power!

Gigi Hadid’s look in a scarf inspired dress with white furry sleeves made her appearance absolutely adorable. The scarf print was very of Nepal’s own.

While Bella Hadid looked stunning in a long burgundy velvet gown. Her collarbone long ear cuff with the off shoulder dress definitely grabbed eyeballs.

Prabal Gurung also added, that his collection also has strong references to a group of women activists from Northern India, known as Gulabi Gang. A feature film has also been made in India based on this pink attired woman gang!


Another stunt by Victoria Beckham that made her hubby David Beckham go emotional. It was the ‘Spice Girl’s’ 10th anniversary celebration of her label. While walking on the runway she came forward and hugged her star footballer husband, along with her three kids, Romeo, Cruz and Harper.
