Priyanka Chopra Talks about What She Liked About the Quarantine Period

Priyanka Chopra is back to work after a long break! The quarantine period was a time of productivity and growth for both her and hubby Nick Jonas. 

But now she is back with a bang! She admits that it has been quite a transition from the lockdown life to a life of work. 

One of the greatest blessings of the lockdown period was that she didn’t have to encounter the harrowing traffic. 

“We've been very, very safe actually, because Nick is Type 1 [diabetic], and I'm asthmatic.”

“So, you know, we've just been super careful about who we interact with and how we do it.”

You can take it easy when it comes to dressing up for work. “I'm actually really grateful to be able to wear sweatpants with, like, a formal shirt and, you know, do an interview.”

Being at home has helped her to be super productive as she gained a lot of time to nurture her production company- ‘Purple Pebble Pictures.’ Her production company has teamed up with Blumhouse productions to work on the horror film ‘Evil Eye.’ 

The film has already hit screens on Netflix.  It follows the story of a mother who is convinced that her daughter’s boyfriend is a reincarnation of a person who tortured her in the past. Now he has returned to complete the unfinished job. 

PeeCee recently released her memoir titled ‘Unfinished’ which takes you into her journey of self discovery. She had earlier tweeted that every word in her story comes from a place of “introspection and reflection.”

Mrs. Jonas expressed that she wanted to share her memoir with the world years back however she kept putting it off as she felt that the timing was not right. She felt that she had a lot more to experience and achieve before she could pen down her story. 

Soon she realized that “you don't have to be finished to tell your story, and that sometimes life's greatest lessons are taught along the ride...when you're still figuring things out...when you're #unfinished.” 

It is pretty evident that Priyanka’s journey is unfinished and we have a lot more to discover and learn from her interesting life that has captivated millions of fans not only in India but around the world.
