Rahul Bose Blown off by the Obnoxious Banana Bill at Chandigarh 5-Star
Actor Rahul Bose has gone nuts over a banana bill charged to him, at a 5-star hotel in Chandigarh! 2 bananas for 442.5!!!
A luxury hotel in Chandigarh has blown off actor Rahul Bose’s head completely, with a banana bill. Bose ordered 2 bananas while his workout session at the hotel gym. However, the billing amount later sent to Rahul’s room simply drove him nuts! The bill was showing Rs. 442.5 charged for only 2 banans.
The amount didn’t go down well with the ‘Dil Dhadakne Do’ actor and he made a video and posted it on his Twitter handle.

Later the Chandigarh administration called for an investigation into the matter, especially to inspect the GST amount.
Mandip Singh Brar, the Deputy Commissioner and Excise and Taxation Commissioner, who is in-charge with the high-level investigation told Indian Express, “Taking cognisance of the video and bill posted by the actor, I have ordered an investigation, I have directed Assistant Excise and Taxation Commissioner Rajeev Chaudhary to conduct a thorough probe on how the hotel had charged GST on fresh fruits. Strict action will be taken if found guilty.”
