Zayn shared the picture of his baby’s tiny and delicate fingers entwined in his and wrote on Twitter, “Our baby girl is here, healthy & beautiful. To try put into words how I am feeling right now would be an impossible task. The love I feel for this tiny human is beyond my understanding. Grateful to know her, proud to call her mine, & thankful for the life we will have together.”
In an interview with Jimmy Fallon on The Tonight Show Hadid made the grand announcement that she is expecting her first child. She said, “Obviously, you know, we wish we could’ve announced it on our own terms, but we’re very excited, happy, and grateful for everyone’s well-wishes.”
Speaking about becoming pregnant during the pandemic Gigi said, “During this time, it’s a nice silver lining to be able to be home and together, and really experience [motherhood] day by day.”
Through her pregnancy she kept sharing snapshots of herself on Instagram and even did a photoshoot. She told Buzzfeed that she wants to enjoy and experience this new phase and admitted that she journals a lot about it.
Zayn, 27, and Gigi Hadid, 25, began dating in 2015. The couple broke off in between before getting back together again. The pair met at the 2015 Victoria’s secret after party where Zayn recognized the model from her picture.
Zayn- member of the band ‘One Direction’ made the “happy announcement” hours after he teased his new music since 2018 album Icarus Falls.
