The Nita Mukesh Ambani Cultural Centre was inaugurated in Mumbai on Friday with many popular Indian and International celebrities gracing the extravagant event. 

The cultural centre is a one of a kind platform that’ll showcase India’s best talent in the field of music, art, literature, science, spirituality and folklore to the world.  

It has been described as a “multi disciplinary art centre.” 

Among the guests for the inauguration of this captivating art centre were Indian celebs Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan, Ranveer Singh, Deepika Padukone, Karisma Kapoor, Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor

International celebrities such as Penelope Cruz, Zendaya, Tom Holland, American model Gigi Hadid, fashion designer Law Roach, Emma Chamberlain, Priyanka Chopra Jonas and husband Nick Jonas made their presence felt at the art centre.

On the second day of the event SRK performed to "Jhoome Jo Pathan." Varun Dhawan and Ranveer Singh joined him on stage while the crowds kept cheering them. 

Priyanka Chopra and Ranveer Singh also danced to their song Gallan Goodiyaan from Zoya Akhtar’s ‘Dil Dhadakne Do.’

Speaking about the new cultural centre Nita Ambani said, “Bringing this Cultural Centre to life has been a sacred journey. We were keen to create a space for both promoting and celebrating our artistic and cultural heritage in cinema and music, in dance and drama, in literature and folklore, in arts and crafts and in science and spirituality. A space where we showcase the best of India to the world and welcome the best of the world to India.”

NMACC is located within the Jio World Centre in Mumbai's Bandra Kurla Complex.

It houses a four storeyed art house, an experimental theatre, studio theatre and 2000 seat grand theatre. 

The centre will be open to the public from 3 April onwards. Many upcoming events have already been booked at this magnificent cultural hub.
