Veteran Bollywood screenwriter Salim Khan, one of the most influential figures in Hindi cinema, is currently under medical care following a serious health scare. The 90-year-old writer was admitted to Lilavati Hospital in Mumbai after his condition deteriorated and required immediate medical attention.
According to reports, Salim Khan suffered a haemorrhage and underwent a medical procedure to stabilise his condition. While no major surgery was performed, he has been kept under close observation in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU). Doctors have described his condition as stable but critical, and he continues to receive specialised care.
Family members have remained by his side throughout this period. His son, Bollywood actor Salman Khan, along with other members of the Khan family, has been frequently seen visiting the hospital.
