Video of Little Girl Walking on a Narrow Ledge Grabs Everyone’s Attention

A chilling video of a girl running on a narrow ledge of a multi-storied building is doing the rounds on social media. The video was captured in the Playa Paraiso area of Tenerife in Spain. The incident took place on Saturday.
In the video, the little girl can be seen walking on the narrow ledge taking the support of the wall. She seems to have used the window to come out of her room. She then heads towards the balcony, pauses for a while and then heads back towards the window. While heading back to the window, the girl nearly trips. Apparently, her parents were taking a shower.

The video was shared on the Facebook page ‘I Love Tenerife’ and has collected 3.4 million views and 25,000 comments.
One user commented, “Oh my goodness, she even runs and trips over her foot and still doesn't fall!” Another user said, “My stomach has turned inside out at such a sight.”
The daughter of a tourist captured the video from the opposite building while the tourist ran to the apartment to alert the security. The parents who are believed to be from Finland were criticized on social media for neglecting the child. That said, there were others who said that some accident happen in a split of a second and it is not right to blame the parents.
Many followers are glad that the child is safe as the situation could have easily turned tragic. Thanks to the power of social media, hair-raising videos such as these would be learning lessons for parents especially with smaller children to take necessary precautions.
