Virat Kohli took paternity leave to be with Anushka and witness the birth of their baby. Accordingly, he returned to India from Australia after the Adelaide Test, the first of the four-match series and since then, the pictures of the couple were going viral on social media every now and then.
In a social media post, Virat wrote, “We are thrilled to share with you that we have been blessed with a baby girl this afternoon.”

Virat and Anushka tied the knot on December 11, 2017. The couple had a hush-hush destination wedding in Italy.
