Actress Samantha Ruth Prabhu and filmmaker Raj Nidimoru married in a private ceremony at the Isha Foundation in Coimbatore, surprising fans and industry colleagues. The couple had never publicly confirmed their relationship.
In a move that left fans across the country buzzing, actress Samantha Ruth Prabhu and filmmaker Raj Nidimoru tied the knot on Monday morning in a quiet, intimate ceremony at the Isha Foundation in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
The private wedding ceremony took place in the presence of a small gathering of friends and family.
Reportedly, the actor had been dating Raj since 2024. They first met during the making of The Family Man Season 2 in 2021, in which Samantha played the memorable role of a rebel leader from the Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam.
The couple, however, never confirmed their relationship officially.
Samantha has worked with director Raj Nidimoru on two projects: The Family Man Season 2 and Citadel: Honey Bunny.
This is the second marriage for both Samantha Ruth Prabhu and Raj Nidimoru.
Raj was previously married to Shhyamali De, who worked as an assistant director on Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra's Rang De Basanti and Vishal Bhardwaj's Omkara.
Samantha Prabhu was earlier married to Naga Chaitanya.
