Will Smith Is in India and He Seems to Be Enjoying Every Bit of It

Will Smith was in Delhi last week as one of the prime speakers at the 16th Hindustan Times Leadership Summit. Farhan Akhtar and football legend Pele were some of the celebrities who rubbed shoulders with the star at the after-party. Next, Will was spotted in Mumbai at a party held at ‘Soho house’ which would be opening shortly in Mumbai. Smith was excited to see a ‘Soho House’ in Mumbai as apparently the Smith family including his wife Jada Pinkett and son Jaden frequently visit Soho Houses abroad.

Actors who gave Will company at ‘Soho House’ were none other than Ranveer Singh, Karan Johar, Alia Bhatt and Ayaan Mukherjee. The ‘Hitch’ actor clicked several photographs with Ranveer and Karan while Ranveer kept making some goofy faces all the while. Both Karan and Ranveer rocked colorful and loud outfits. Looks like the Bollywood actors gave Will quite a few Bollywood lessons. The three of them were having a time of their life as it was quite evident from the photographs taken.

Smith uploaded several photographs of the bash on Instagram and posted these lines alongside “Learning the ropes of Bollywood from two of the best in the game! @karanjohar & @ranveersingh. @alansilfen.” He added “Where there’s a WILL there’s a way!!!! @ranveersingh @willsmith shot today at the superb #sohohousemumbai.” The opening of ‘Soho House’ which is a ten storeyed building facing the beach will mark the group’s entry into Asia. The house will open next month and will be limited to only 1000 members.

Will Smith had quite a hectic schedule on this trip to India and the trip was kept under tight wraps. Rumors are doing the rounds that Will Smith may have shot a cameo for Koffee with Karan’s upcoming season. He’s said to have shot an advertisement with Akshay Kumar too. While speaking to Farhan Akhtar at the Hindustan Times Leadership Summit, the ‘Pursuit of Happiness’ actor expressed his desire to work with Aishwarya Bachchan. "One of the things on my bucket list is to be on a Bollywood dance sequence. I met Aishwarya 15 years ago; we had conversations about doing something together but never happened. Perhaps I would do a film with her.”

After learning about Will’s desire to do a Bollywood sequence, Farhan took the opportunity to teach the Hollywood star some Bhangra steps and like always Will Smith did a fantastic job at it. Kudos to the actor for being so sporting.
