Alia Bhatt, Ranbir Kapoor Arrive with Family for ‘Don’t Be Shy’ Screening
Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor joined their families at the special screening of Don’t Be Shy, showing their support for the upcoming film.
The upcoming film Don’t Be Shy received a warm show of support from Alia Bhatt and her family as the actress attended a special screening with husband Ranbir Kapoor and their loved ones.
Ranbir’s mother and veteran actor Neetu Kapoor joined the couple for the evening. Alia’s parents, Soni Razdan and Mahesh Bhatt, were also present, along with her sister Shaheen Bhatt, who is backing the project alongside Alia.
The Bhatt and Kapoor families came together for photographs at the venue, making the screening a special family gathering.
Alia made a striking appearance in a shimmering silver mini dress decorated with colourful floral embellishments. She completed her look with green stilettos, adding a vibrant touch to her ensemble.
Ranbir opted for a more understated style, wearing a light blue shirt with rolled-up sleeves and beige trousers.
Several other celebrities also attended the screening to extend their support to the film, including Samay Raina, Sharvari, Orry and Vedang Raina.
What is ‘Don’t Be Shy’ about?
Written and directed by Sreeti Mukerji, Don’t Be Shy follows Shyamili, also known as Shy Das, a 20-year-old who believes she has carefully planned her future. Her seemingly organised life, however, takes an unexpected turn, setting off a series of unpredictable events.
The film has been produced by Alia Bhatt and Shaheen Bhatt under Eternal Sunshine Productions, with Grishma Shah and Vikesh Bhutani serving as co-producers from Chalkboard Entertainment.
The cast includes newcomers Aarushi Bajaj, Piyush Khati, Bianca Arora and Ansh Duggal, alongside actors including Kunaal Roy Kapur, Anurag Basu, Neha Dhupia and Anju Alva Naik.
Don’t Be Shy is scheduled to premiere exclusively on Prime Video on September 25.
